How do I place an order?
In order to place an order you need to be a Weddel Swift Distribution customer and logged into the Weddel Direct website. If you are not a customer, you will not be able to complete the order process. If you are interested in becoming a customer, then you will need to contact a member of our team.

How do I log in?
You can log into the site if you are a current customer by either using the login area located on the right-hand side of the website, or alternatively by clicking on the log in link in the top or bottom navigation lists.

What details do I need to log in?
You will need your unique customer username and password to log into the website. These details have been provided by Weddel Direct.

What if I’ve forgotten the log in details?
If you happen to forget your login details then there is a ‘Forgotten Password?’ link beneath the log in section on the right-hand side of the site. Click on this link and you will be asked to provide your customer username (the registered email address) and the system will automatically send out the details to this address.

What if I have forgotten the username?
If you have forgotten your username then you need to contact Weddel Direct either by phone or by email. You will have to answer the relevant security details and once we are satisfied that your are whom you say you are, we will provide you with your username.
Can I update my account details and if so, how?
You need to log in to the site and select My Account from the Log In area on the right-hand side of the site. This will take you into My Account Management where you then need to click I want to update my log in details. Within this page you are able to update your log in details.

You need to log in to the site and select My Account from the Log In area on the right-hand side of the site. This will take you into My Account Management where you then need to click I want to update my contact details. Within this page you are able to update your contact details.

How do I check my order history?
You need to log in to the site and select Order History from the log in area on the right-hand side of the site. This will take you into the Order History area where you can view Pending Orders, Completed Orders and Cancelled Orders.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order prior to the depot processing the order (usually with 24 hours), but in order to do so, you need to contact your Weddel Direct sales team directly and request the cancellation.

Can I place a repeat order for the same items I’ve purchased before?
You can place a repeat order of a past transaction. You need to log in to the site, select Order History, followed by I want to view my completed order history. You will then be presented with a list of completed orders. Select the previous order that you wish to place again by selecting the View Items link beside it. Check that the order is the desired one, then within the Order Actions box click on Click to re-order all items listed below next to the ‘re-order:’ text. You are then prompted to whether you wish to replace this order by clicking yes or no.
